Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning for portfolio assessments
  • Support the evaluation and execution of secondary transactions, including deal sourcing and structuring
  • Collaborate with investment teams to monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics
  • Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior management and clients
  • Assist in market research on private equity trends, secondaries liquidity, and competitive landscapes
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies within the secondaries program
  • Liaise with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators for the private equities portfolio

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of private equity secondaries markets and investment processes
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
