Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in the South Central Region to drive alternative investment sales
  • Advise clients on private wealth alternatives, including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds, tailored to their financial goals
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's Private Bank and Asset Management teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews to articulate the value of alternative investments
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards and JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies
  • Monitor market trends and alternative investment performance to provide timely insights to clients
  • Support the development of customized investment strategies that incorporate JP Morgan's proprietary alternatives products
  • Build and leverage a network of referral sources, including financial advisors and centers of influence
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client portfolios and alternative investment allocations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, alternative investments, or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and sales in private wealth or asset management
  • Strong understanding of alternative investment products including private equity, hedge funds, and real assets
  • Ability to travel within the South Central Region as needed
  • Compliance with JP Morgan Chase's ethical standards and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or CFA designation
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Prior roles in alternative investments sales at a top-tier financial institution
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's Private Bank or Asset Management platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other regional languages
