Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Southeast Region
  • Advise clients on alternative investment opportunities, including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Private Bank advisors to deliver holistic wealth management solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews to drive asset allocation decisions
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within JP Morgan's asset management offerings
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide timely insights to clients
  • Achieve sales targets for alternative investments and contribute to team revenue goals
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations in client interactions
  • Build and leverage a network of referral sources, including CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals
  • Prepare customized investment proposals and due diligence reports for client consideration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private wealth management, alternatives sales, or financial advisory roles
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention in high-net-worth segments
  • Deep knowledge of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, and real assets
  • Ability to travel within the Southeast Region as needed
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA designation
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients (UHNW) in the Southeast US
  • Prior roles at a top-tier investment bank or wealth management firm
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's product suite and platform
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in the Southeast Region
