Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with investment teams to identify market opportunities and develop new asset management products tailored to client needs in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation
  • Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all products meet regulatory standards in Singapore and globally
  • Develop product specifications, pricing models, and marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth
  • Monitor product performance metrics and recommend enhancements based on client feedback and market trends
  • Partner with sales and distribution teams to promote new products and achieve revenue targets
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, technological advancements, and emerging trends in asset management
  • Contribute to the creation of thought leadership content and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development within asset management or financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Proven track record in developing and launching financial products in a regulated environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and sales
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
