Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive product strategies that align with JPMorgan Chase's commitment to client-centric innovation and regulatory excellence. This includes analyzing market trends, collaborating with investment and sales teams to refine portfolio models, and ensuring products meet fiduciary standards under ERISA and SEC guidelines. You will support sales efforts by providing actionable insights and customized solutions to institutional clients, financial advisors, and plan sponsors, ultimately driving asset growth and client retention. Additionally, you will lead efforts to integrate emerging trends like ESG factors into retirement products, positioning JPMorgan Asset Management as a leader in sustainable investing. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies for defined contribution plans and model portfolios to meet evolving client needs in the retirement space
• Collaborate with investment teams to design innovative model portfolios that align with JPMorgan Chase's asset management goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product enhancements and launches
• Support sales teams by providing strategic insights, product positioning, and customized solutions for institutional and retail clients
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate retirement products with broader JPMorgan Chase wealth management offerings
• Conduct performance analysis and reporting on product efficacy, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and firm objectives
• Engage with key stakeholders, including plan sponsors and advisors, to gather feedback and drive product adoption
• Oversee the development of marketing materials and educational resources for retirement and model portfolio products
• Monitor portfolio risk and compliance, ensuring all strategies adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, with a focus on defined contribution plans or model portfolios
• Deep knowledge of retirement products, including 401(k) plans, IRAs, and target-date funds
• Proven track record in product strategy development within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as ERISA, SEC guidelines, and fiduciary standards
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive product adoption and client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent
• Prior experience at a major asset management firm like JPMorgan Chase or BlackRock
• Familiarity with ESG integration in retirement portfolios
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
