Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from institutional clients and distributors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including portfolio managers, compliance, and sales to gather accurate and timely information for RFP submissions
  • Ensure all responses align with JPMAM's branding, regulatory standards, and investment strategies
  • Maintain and update RFP libraries and response templates to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze incoming RFPs to identify key requirements and coordinate deadlines with stakeholders
  • Track RFP win/loss metrics and provide insights to enhance future proposal strategies
  • Support ad-hoc client inquiries and prepare customized materials for pitch books and presentations
  • Participate in process improvements, including automation of RFP workflows using internal tools
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and SEC guidelines in all responses
  • Contribute to training junior team members on RFP best practices and JPMAM product knowledge

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in RFP response processes within asset management or financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word for document management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RFP management software such as Qvidian or RFPIO
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements like SEC filings and GIPS standards
  • Prior exposure to JPMorgan Chase's asset management products and services
  • CFA Level I or II certification or progress toward completion
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin for global client interactions
