Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for real estate investment opportunities across the Americas
  • Support the Real Estate Americas team in portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and risk assessment
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies and market research reports
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients on real estate market trends
  • Monitor regulatory changes and economic indicators impacting real estate assets
  • Contribute to program management initiatives, including data management and process improvements
  • Participate in client meetings and provide analytical support for asset management decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis
