Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling for real estate investment opportunities across the Americas
• Support the Real Estate Americas team in portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and risk assessment
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment strategies and market research reports
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and clients on real estate market trends
• Monitor regulatory changes and economic indicators impacting real estate assets
• Contribute to program management initiatives, including data management and process improvements
• Participate in client meetings and provide analytical support for asset management decisions
• Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards in all activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis
• Strong understanding of real estate markets in the Americas, including commercial and residential sectors
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques for real estate assets
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Americas region

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate or Finance
• Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or private equity funds
