Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to raise assets under management for JP Morgan Chase's Real Estate Americas investment products, targeting high-net-worth clients and institutions
  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, including direct investments, REITs, and alternative strategies, aligning with their wealth management goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including family offices, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the Americas
  • Collaborate with the broader JP Morgan Chase wealth management and investment banking teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver integrated solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and due diligence on real estate assets to support investment recommendations and portfolio construction
  • Lead client presentations, roadshows, and educational seminars on real estate trends, risks, and performance metrics
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes, economic trends, and competitive landscapes in real estate to inform strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate investment management, wealth management, or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in raising assets for real estate investment products, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio growth
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; additional relevant securities licenses (e.g., Series 65 or 66) highly desirable
