As an Asset Management Recruiter, Vice President, your primary focus will be on end-to-end talent acquisition for specialized roles within our Asset & Wealth Management business. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, crafting compelling job descriptions, and leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in areas like portfolio management, research, and client relations. You will conduct in-depth interviews, assess cultural fit, and negotiate competitive offers, all while ensuring adherence to JP Morgan Chase's rigorous compliance standards and our commitment to building diverse teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Asset & Wealth Management leadership in London to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies for Vice President and Director-level roles
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized positions in asset management, including portfolio managers, analysts, and client advisors
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, and industry events in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's diversity goals and inclusive hiring practices
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and offer negotiations to onboarding new hires
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
  • Stay abreast of market trends in asset management talent and advise on competitive compensation benchmarking
  • Foster relationships with external search firms and universities to attract top graduate and executive talent
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's ethical recruiting standards and regulatory requirements in the UK

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or asset management
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing senior-level talent in competitive markets
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, including GDPR and equality legislation
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent pipelines
  • Ability to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings and recruitment events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., CIPD or SHRM)
  • Prior experience recruiting for investment banking or wealth management roles at a bulge-bracket firm
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to European markets
  • Demonstrated success in diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives
