Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for the Data Platform Area within Asset Management Reporting and Information, defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog to drive data-driven innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including portfolio managers, compliance teams, and technology groups to gather requirements and prioritize features for reporting and analytics platforms
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of data platforms that support real-time reporting, risk analytics, and client information delivery in compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management to enhance efficiency and accuracy in asset management operations
  • Monitor platform performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal governance at JP Morgan Chase
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to integrate advanced technologies like AI and machine learning into reporting tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data management, product ownership, or agile methodologies within financial services
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role in asset management or investment banking environments
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, reporting systems, and information management in the financial industry
  • Experience with regulatory compliance standards such as SEC, GDPR, and MiFID II relevant to asset management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering data-driven solutions
