Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service and support to financial advisors by responding to inquiries on shareholder accounts and transactions
  • Process and resolve complex shareholder service requests, including account maintenance and fund transfers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of asset management reports and statements
  • Monitor and escalate issues related to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Assist in onboarding new shareholders and educating advisors on JPMorgan Chase's asset management products
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, such as SEC guidelines, in all client interactions
  • Analyze service metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Support ad-hoc projects, including system updates and training initiatives for advisor teams
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions in JPMorgan's proprietary tracking systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, shareholder services, or financial services support
  • Strong understanding of asset management products and shareholder servicing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with financial advisors
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment in Columbus, OH

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the asset management or investment industry at a major financial institution
