Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution of the Spectrum Core Platform, defining product roadmaps that align with JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management business goals
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and front-office teams to drive innovation in portfolio management, risk analytics, and client reporting features
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across Asset Management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement of platform capabilities
• Manage cross-functional agile teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality enhancements on time and within budget
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for Spectrum's differentiation in the asset management technology landscape
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine platform usability for institutional clients and internal users
• Partner with senior leadership to present product updates, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations during executive reviews
• Ensure seamless integration of Spectrum with JP Morgan's broader ecosystem, including risk management and trading systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or asset management technology
• Proven track record of leading product development in a complex, regulated environment like investment management
• Deep understanding of asset management platforms, including portfolio management, trading, and compliance systems
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a large-scale financial institution
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations such as SEC, MiFID II, and GDPR as they apply to asset management technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with core banking or asset management platforms like Charles River, Aladdin, or similar systems
• Prior role at a major financial institution such as JP Morgan Chase or a competitor in product management for investment platforms
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or financial technology (e.g., CFA Level I)
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure) in a financial services context
