  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across Asset Management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement of platform capabilities
  • Manage cross-functional agile teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality enhancements on time and within budget
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for Spectrum's differentiation in the asset management technology landscape
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine platform usability for institutional clients and internal users

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or asset management technology
  • Proven track record of leading product development in a complex, regulated environment like investment management
  • Deep understanding of asset management platforms, including portfolio management, trading, and compliance systems
