  • Monitor and report on technology budgets, resource allocation, and ROI for asset management initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, such as those from CSRC in China and SEC internationally
  • Drive continuous improvement in technology processes to enhance efficiency in asset management workflows

  • Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies for technology implementations in the financial services sector
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in tech business management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology business management, project management, or similar roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations, including portfolio management, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
