Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive sales support to the wholesale team, including preparation of client presentations and pitch books
  • Assist in managing client relationships by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of product information
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies for asset management products
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product specialists and compliance to ensure all materials adhere to regulatory standards

  • Monitor and update client databases to maintain accurate records of interactions and preferences

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, client service, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of asset management products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent (or willingness to pursue)
