Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process asset servicing announcements from various sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review and validate corporate action notifications, including dividends, mergers, and splits
• Utilize proprietary JP Morgan systems to input and track announcement data
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies in announcement details
• Monitor daily feeds for new announcements and escalate issues to senior associates
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Generate reports on announcement processing metrics for management review
• Support audit processes by providing accurate records of captured data
• Assist in training new team members on announcement capture procedures
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance service efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset servicing, operations, or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and asset management processes
• Proficiency in data entry and announcement capture systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications
