Key Responsibilities

  • Announce and process corporate action events such as dividends, mergers, and stock splits for Global Markets clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams including trading, custody, and compliance to ensure accurate event dissemination
  • Monitor and analyze corporate action notifications from issuers and agents
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with JP Morgan's standards
  • Support reconciliation of corporate action impacts on client portfolios
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or queries related to asset servicing operations
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in asset servicing
  • Ensure timely communication of events to stakeholders to minimize operational risks
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on ongoing corporate actions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, or financial operations
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and securities processing
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in asset management
  • Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with corporate action announcements in global markets
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal systems or similar banking platforms
  • Certification in financial services (e.g., CFA Level 1 or equivalent)
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a multinational firm
