Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing corporate actions processing efficiency and accuracy within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Servicing operations
• Collaborate with global teams to implement innovative solutions that improve client service delivery and reduce operational risks
• Oversee the end-to-end handling of corporate actions events, ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements through data analysis, automation initiatives, and technology integration to boost operational excellence
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of leadership and innovation in the Metro Manila hub
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for asset servicing and report on project outcomes to senior management
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable operational strategies
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and contribute to audit and control processes
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains in corporate actions workflows
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting asset servicing in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in asset servicing, corporate actions processing, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational projects to completion
• Deep knowledge of corporate actions events, including mandatory and voluntary actions, entitlements, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with asset servicing platforms and reconciliation processes in a global banking environment
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance standards in financial operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on client-centric solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or Operations Management
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in securities operations (e.g., STA or similar industry credentials)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and process optimization in asset servicing
• International exposure to global markets and multi-time zone operations
