Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile asset servicing transactions including corporate actions, income payments, and trade settlements
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of client portfolios and positions in compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies in asset records and client inquiries
  • Monitor and execute corporate actions such as dividends, mergers, and stock splits for institutional clients
  • Generate reports on asset performance, valuations, and risk metrics using JP Morgan's proprietary tools
  • Support audit processes by providing documentation and ensuring data integrity
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in asset servicing operations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including custody, fund accounting, and compliance teams
  • Handle high-volume data entry and validation to minimize operational risks
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and implement changes in daily workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset servicing, custody operations, or financial services operations
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards like SEC, FATCA, and MiFID II
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of banking systems and processes in a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent in asset management
  • Experience with JP Morgan's internal systems like Flexcube or similar core banking platforms
  • Prior exposure to international markets and cross-border asset servicing
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for reconciliation and reporting
  • Demonstrated project management skills in operational improvements
