Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates globally using advanced search techniques, networks, and tools like LinkedIn and industry databases
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for senior roles in asset management, wealth advisory, and investment banking
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies, including market mapping and competitive intelligence in the financial sector
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's ethical and regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with external search firms, alumni networks, and industry associations to expand the talent pipeline
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
  • Promote JP Morgan Chase's employer brand through events, webinars, and targeted outreach to attract diverse executive talent

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on financial services or asset and wealth management
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing senior-level talent in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as LinkedIn Recruiter or iCIMS
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and networking events
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) with a concentration in finance
