Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for International Private Bank roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance
• Source and identify top talent through networking, LinkedIn, and industry events focused on financial services
• Partner with hiring managers in Asset & Wealth Management to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure cultural and skill fit for JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with global teams to recruit for international positions, navigating visa and relocation requirements
• Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for private banking professionals
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's diversity goals and regulatory standards in hiring
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for new hires in Plano, TX, and international locations
• Stay updated on industry trends in wealth management to attract passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in financial services or asset management
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for high-level roles in wealth management or private banking
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the financial industry
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with international teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
• Experience recruiting for JP Morgan Chase or similar bulge-bracket financial institutions
• Knowledge of international talent markets, particularly in Europe and Asia
