Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global strategic real estate program for JP Morgan Chase's Asset & Wealth Management division, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the delivery of workspace solutions, including office fit-outs, relocations, and hybrid work environments tailored to financial professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to develop and execute real estate strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and site selection for new Asset & Wealth Management locations, focusing on cost-efficiency and proximity to key financial hubs
  • Monitor and report on real estate portfolio performance, including lease negotiations and vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and industry regulations in all real estate initiatives
  • Drive innovation in workspace design to support high-performance teams in wealth management and investment advisory services
  • Budget and forecast real estate expenditures, optimizing for the firm's long-term growth in the financial services sector
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement with senior leadership to align real estate strategies with Asset & Wealth Management goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate strategy, program management, or workspace solutions within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing global real estate programs for large organizations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including compliance with SEC and FINRA standards
  • Experience with budgeting and financial analysis for real estate projects exceeding $10M in scope
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed

  • MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate or Finance
