Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for discretionary accounts control initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management standards
  • Partner with Asset & Wealth Management teams, including front office, operations, and compliance, to identify and implement transformative solutions
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to drive operational efficiency and mitigate risks in discretionary trading and account management
  • Conduct risk assessments and control testing for discretionary portfolios, recommending enhancements to policies and procedures
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across JP Morgan Chase's global network to ensure seamless integration of new controls and technologies
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to deliver on-time and within scope
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation tools for account reconciliation and reporting in wealth management operations
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on project outcomes, risk metrics, and business impact for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred

  • Proven track record in managing discretionary accounts and implementing risk management controls in a banking environment
