Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in asset and wealth management, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation activities
• Assist in client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Perform data analysis and reporting on portfolio performance and operational metrics using JP Morgan's proprietary tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Edinburgh to resolve operational queries and escalate issues as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in wealth management workflows
• Monitor and verify transaction data for accuracy, ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs as part of the ReEntry initiative to rebuild financial services expertise
• Support audit and compliance reviews by preparing documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries
• Engage in team projects focused on digital transformation in asset management operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of prior professional experience in financial services or operations, with a career break of no more than 2 years
• Strong understanding of asset and wealth management principles, including investment operations and client servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Commitment to completing the 6-month ReEntry program with full-time availability
• Demonstrated interest in relaunching a career in global financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase

• Previous experience in back-office operations or middle-office functions within asset management
