Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in asset and wealth management, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation activities
• Assist in client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with KYC and AML standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency
• Perform data analysis and generate reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics using JP Morgan's proprietary systems
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and audit preparations for UK and EU jurisdictions
• Participate in training programs to relaunch career skills in a supportive environment
• Monitor and escalate exceptions in transaction processing to minimize operational risks
• Support wealth management advisors by preparing client-ready materials and documentation
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows in a fast-paced financial services setting
• Adhere to JP Morgan's risk management policies and ethical standards in all activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
• At least 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services or operations, with a career break of no more than 2 years
• Strong understanding of asset and wealth management principles, including investment operations and client servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Demonstrated commitment to returning to the workforce through relevant certifications or volunteer work during career break
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements in the financial sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations roles at a major financial institution
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, GDPR, and UK FCA guidelines
• Certifications like CFA Level 1, IMC, or similar in investment management
