Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative wealth management products tailored to high-net-worth clients
• Drive process transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience in asset management operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and sales to align product strategies with business goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation in the financial services sector
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring adherence to JP Morgan's risk and regulatory standards
• Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation within the Asset & Wealth Management division
• Partner with senior executives to shape the strategic roadmap for wealth management offerings
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on client feedback and market trends
• Ensure all products comply with SEC, FINRA, and other relevant financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic leadership within asset and wealth management
• Proven track record of launching successful financial products in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of wealth management processes, including portfolio management, client advisory, and regulatory compliance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large financial institution
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain

Preferred Qualifications

• Series 7 and 65 licenses or equivalent
• Experience in digital transformation projects within JP Morgan Chase or similar firms
