Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for asset and wealth management solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Conduct in-depth market research and customer needs analysis to identify opportunities for innovative products tailored to high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and sales to design and deliver scalable product features
• Utilize advanced data analytics to monitor product performance, customer engagement, and market trends, driving data-informed enhancements
• Ensure all products comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards and relevant financial regulations
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the firm's strategic goals in asset and wealth management
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product strategies, fostering a customer-centric approach
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product management community within JP Morgan Chase
• Analyze competitive landscapes to position JP Morgan's offerings as leaders in the wealth management sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within asset and wealth management or financial services
• Proven track record in product development and lifecycle management in a regulated financial environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, GDPR, and FCA guidelines applicable to wealth management products
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies for customer insights and product optimization
• Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams within a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of sustainable investing and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) factors in wealth management
• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP) or product management (e.g., PMP)
