Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify top talent for Asset & Wealth Management positions within the Private Bank, utilizing networks, databases, and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for roles in wealth advisory, investment management, and client services
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's goals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in financial services
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand the talent pipeline
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress, diversity initiatives, and time-to-fill for Private Bank roles
• Support onboarding processes for new hires in Asset & Wealth Management, including coordination with HR teams
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in career fairs and events focused on financial services talent
• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to JP Morgan Chase's diversity, equity, and inclusion principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the financial sector
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for asset management, wealth management, or private banking roles
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's culture and values
• Advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., PHR or SHRM-CP)
• Previous internship or exposure to financial services recruiting
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to support diverse candidate pools
