Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify top talent for Asset & Wealth Management positions within the Private Bank, utilizing networks, databases, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for roles in wealth advisory, investment management, and client services
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's goals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in financial services
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand the talent pipeline
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress, diversity initiatives, and time-to-fill for Private Bank roles

Required Qualifications
