Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of supervisory management controls to mitigate risks in asset and wealth management trading activities
• Oversee daily operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in a global advisory environment
• Collaborate with trading desks, compliance teams, and senior management to drive operational excellence and innovation
• Conduct risk assessments and audits on trading systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to trading controls and supervisory effectiveness
• Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness through training and communication initiatives
• Support the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and data analytics, to enhance trading oversight
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries in the EMEA region
• Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs
• Ensure alignment of trading strategies with JP Morgan Chase's broader wealth management objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in trading, risk management, or supervisory controls within asset and wealth management
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank applicable to global financial markets
• Proven track record in managing operational risks and ensuring compliance in a high-volume trading environment
• Experience with supervisory management controls in a global advisory firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Strong understanding of asset management products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments
• Certification such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional qualification in finance or risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Risk Management
• Prior experience at a tier-1 investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal control frameworks and technology platforms like Aladdin
