Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data analytics solutions to support business intelligence needs in investment banking and asset management
• Collaborate with stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase to identify data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics deliverables
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using ETL processes to ensure high-quality data for financial reporting and risk assessment
• Lead the delivery of analytics projects, from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions in areas like market trends and customer behavior
• Mentor junior analysts and oversee team performance to foster a culture of innovation in data solutions
• Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and security in a high-volume financial environment
• Conduct regular reviews of analytics tools and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency in global operations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and JPMorgan's ethical standards in all analytics initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or solutions delivery within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in banking (e.g., GDPR, Basel III)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering analytics projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of optimizing data pipelines for financial applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or AWS Certified Data Analytics)
• Experience in financial modeling, risk analytics, or fraud detection within a banking environment
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or scikit-learn applied to financial datasets
• Prior work at a global financial institution with exposure to agile methodologies
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and data platforms
