  • Assist clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process loan applications and support mortgage or investment referrals within regulatory guidelines
  • Educate clients on digital banking options, including Chase Mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for trust and reliability
  • Participate in branch events and local networking in the Boulder, CO area to promote JPMorgan Chase services

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
