  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment for affordable housing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, legal, and syndication to execute transactions efficiently
  • Monitor portfolio performance of funded projects, ensuring compliance with CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) requirements and reporting obligations
  • Engage in community outreach and education to promote JPMorgan Chase's community development programs and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on pipeline development and deal progress
