Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of over 20,000 middle market clients in healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors by providing tailored financial solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs and board members, to identify and address their banking needs
  • Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to recommend appropriate lending, treasury, and investment products from JPMorgan Chase's offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit risk and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial strategies
  • Drive business development initiatives, including prospecting new clients and cross-selling services like cash management and foreign exchange
  • Monitor industry trends in healthcare, education, and nonprofits to advise clients on risk mitigation and growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and performance reports to clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDIC guidelines and JPMorgan Chase's internal policies
  • Participate in community outreach and industry events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Seattle market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services within the healthcare, higher education, or not-for-profit sectors
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in middle market banking
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit underwriting, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
