Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in multinational corporations, acting as their primary point of contact at JP Morgan Chase
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing client needs and recommending products like cash management, trade finance, and investment banking services
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and risk evaluations to structure lending and advisory solutions compliant with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams including treasury, capital markets, and risk management to deliver integrated financial strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive portfolio management, upselling, and cross-selling of JP Morgan's full suite of services
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to advise clients on risk mitigation and strategic financing options
  • Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and performance reports to clients and senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols in all client interactions
  • Participate in industry events and networking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the middle market segment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services within the middle market segment
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in multinational or middle market corporations
  • Strong understanding of financial products including lending, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% for client meetings and business development
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience working with multinational corporations in industries such as manufacturing, technology, or healthcare
