Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of over 20,000 middle market clients, delivering tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within multinational corporations, leveraging JP Morgan's global network to provide comprehensive banking services
  • Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and credit evaluations to recommend appropriate lending and treasury products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment banking, trade finance, and capital markets to structure complex deals
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies, including regular portfolio reviews and customized advisory sessions
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to advise clients on risk mitigation and investment opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal JP Morgan policies in all client interactions
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior associates and participating in business development initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction metrics for senior management
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events and client forums to enhance brand visibility in the middle market space

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services within the middle market segment
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth in multinational or middle market corporations
  • Strong understanding of financial products including lending, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and business development
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
