  • Lead the design, execution, and reporting of compliance and operational risk testing programs to ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks in financial operations
  • Collaborate with business units in Bengaluru and globally to conduct risk assessments and drive remediation actions
  • Develop and implement testing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and the firm's risk appetite
  • Analyze testing outcomes, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management and regulatory bodies
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of compliance awareness within the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management, or internal audit within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading testing programs for controls and risk assessments in a banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and local Indian regulations like RBI guidelines
  • Experience with risk management tools and methodologies, including control testing and issue remediation
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Professional certification such as CRISC, CISA, or CIA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Risk Management) from a recognized institution
