Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings, conferences, and events at the JP Morgan Chase Conference Center in Hyderabad
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior executives from investment banking and asset management divisions, to understand event requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage all logistical aspects, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation, ensuring seamless operations aligned with JP Morgan's high standards
  • Oversee a team of conference center staff, providing training and guidance to maintain service excellence in a financial services context
  • Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality

Required Qualifications
