Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for operational risk platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT test strategies, plans, and scripts to validate system functionality and controls integrity
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and compliance officers, to execute test cycles efficiently
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, prioritizing issues based on risk impact in the financial services context

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within financial services or operational risk management
  • Proven experience leading UAT processes for enterprise platforms, including test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Strong understanding of operational risk controls and regulatory requirements in the banking sector, such as those from RBI or Basel frameworks
  • Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC in a large-scale financial institution
