Your efforts will help JPMorgan maintain its position as a trusted partner for corporate treasurers, leveraging our cutting-edge platforms like JPM Coin and blockchain-enabled solutions to provide seamless, secure services. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving new sales targets for payment solutions and corporate banking products
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate clients in the Beijing region
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payments ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized payment strategies for clients
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of JPMorgan's treasury and payment platforms
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting corporate payments in China
  • Support senior sales staff in deal negotiations and contract finalization
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics for management review
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan's risk management and KYC policies in all client interactions
  • Participate in client events, industry conferences, and networking activities to expand JPMorgan's footprint

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or payments solutions within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong proficiency in business communication
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Understanding of payment processing, treasury services, and corporate banking products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international corporate setting
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or FRM (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with multinational corporations in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in Chinese financial markets (e.g., PBOC guidelines)
  • Prior exposure to JPMorgan Chase's product suite or similar global banking platforms
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling financial products to corporate clients
