Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver timely, accurate Firmwide Operational Risk reports for executive leadership at JPMorgan Chase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on controls, issues, and risk metrics across business lines
  • Analyze operational risk data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for senior management decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all reporting activities
  • Maintain and enhance reporting templates, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency and precision
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from executives, providing clear visualizations and narratives
  • Monitor key control indicators and escalate potential risks or control deficiencies promptly
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Controls Room's reporting framework
  • Liaise with global teams in New York, London, and other hubs to align on Firmwide standards
  • Document reporting methodologies and maintain audit trails for all executive deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, control reporting, or financial services compliance
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software used in banking environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and operational risk frameworks
  • Experience in preparing executive-level reports for senior stakeholders in a financial institution
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the highest standards of integrity and discretion
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance/Risk Management) or relevant certifications like FRM or CFA
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution, preferably in risk management or controls
