Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Quality Assurance program for Firmwide Resiliency, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's Business Resiliency Policy
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of business resiliency processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Business units to maintain policy compliance and enhance resiliency frameworks
• Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing insights to senior leadership on resiliency program effectiveness
• Facilitate training and awareness sessions on business resiliency standards for teams in Mumbai and globally
• Support crisis simulation exercises and post-event analysis to strengthen organizational resilience
• Ensure documentation and evidence of compliance for regulatory audits and internal reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches to mitigate operational risks
• Liaise with technology and operations teams to integrate QA into digital resiliency tools and platforms
• Contribute to the evolution of resiliency policies in response to emerging financial industry threats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of business resiliency policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk frameworks
• Proven track record in leading QA programs and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Risk Management)
• Certification in Business Continuity (e.g., CBCP) or Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Experience in the banking sector, particularly with large financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase
