Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Quality Assurance program for Firmwide Resiliency, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's Business Resiliency Policy
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of business resiliency processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, and Business units to maintain policy compliance and enhance resiliency frameworks
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing insights to senior leadership on resiliency program effectiveness
  • Facilitate training and awareness sessions on business resiliency standards for teams in Mumbai and globally
  • Support crisis simulation exercises and post-event analysis to strengthen organizational resilience
