Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding JP Morgan Chase banking and investment products
  • Assist clients in resolving account issues, processing transactions, and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management and operations, to escalate complex issues
  • Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities and proactively reach out with updates or alerts
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in process improvements and training new associates
  • Ensure all client communications adhere to JP Morgan Chase's standards of confidentiality and regulatory compliance
  • Handle high-volume client requests during peak periods while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including banking and investment solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a major bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC or FINRA guidelines
  • Prior exposure to client relationship management systems like Salesforce
