Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate ETF basket creations and redemptions to ensure accurate portfolio alignment
  • Monitor daily trade activities, including order management and settlement for ETF portfolios
  • Reconcile discrepancies in basket compositions with front-office teams and external custodians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory compliance and audit purposes
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and support risk management initiatives
  • Support the implementation of new ETF products and operational enhancements within the Fund Services team
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on basket operations
  • Contribute to process automation projects using tools like Excel macros or basic scripting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in asset management or fund servicing
  • Strong understanding of ETF structures, basket creation, and redemption processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactional data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ETF operations at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC rules for ETFs and mutual funds
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg or similar financial data platforms
