Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of ETF operations processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
  • Develop and execute test plans for new ETF product launches and system enhancements
  • Analyze data from ETF transactions to validate processing workflows and mitigate risks
  • Support regulatory reporting and audit requirements for Fund Services Operations
  • Document testing outcomes and recommend process improvements to drive client satisfaction
  • Participate in project initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of JPMorgan's Fund Services platform
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in ETF creation, redemption, and NAV calculations
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan's risk management frameworks in all testing activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in ETFs or fund servicing
  • Strong understanding of ETF operations, including creation/redemption processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies for financial systems and processes
  • Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance standards in the asset management industry
  • Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
  • Familiarity with ETF product lifecycle and middle/back-office operations
  • Certification in financial operations (e.g., Series 7 or equivalent)
