You will collaborate with internal teams in reference data, risk management, and client services to resolve discrepancies and enhance data quality. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of valuation analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery of services for global funds
• Oversee the valuation process for investment portfolios, including pricing of illiquid assets and derivatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate reference data for fund services
• Develop and implement valuation policies in line with JP Morgan Chase standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of valuation models to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Provide expert advice on complex valuation issues to senior management and clients
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in valuation operations
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting fund valuations
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence within the team
• Report on key valuation metrics and risks to support strategic decision-making at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in fund valuation or asset management
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-pressure financial environment
• Strong understanding of global fund services, including NAV calculations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex valuation concepts to diverse stakeholders
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
