Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for fund servicing, including trade settlements and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Monitor and resolve exceptions in fund accounting and reporting processes
  • Support client inquiries and provide operational insights to enhance service quality
  • Implement process improvements to drive efficiency in the Global Fund Services team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
  • Contribute to project initiatives for system enhancements and operational scaling
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities in fund operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between operations, technology, and client teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund services operations or financial services
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or alternative investment structures
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements such as SEC, FATCA, and AIFMD
  • Experience with fund accounting, NAV calculations, or reconciliation processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA or CPA
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of global fund servicing platforms and technology integrations
