  • Drive operational efficiency through process automation, system enhancements, and risk management practices
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk and control frameworks in fund servicing activities
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage client relationships by providing insights on fund performance and reporting deliverables
  • Coordinate with global teams to handle cross-border fund servicing requirements
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting to enhance accuracy and reduce operational risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or operations within the asset management or financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements for fund servicing
  • Proven leadership experience in managing operations teams and driving process improvements
  • Experience with financial systems such as Geneva, Aladdin, or similar fund administration platforms
  • Ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years in global fund services or hedge fund administration
  • Experience with SEC reporting and compliance for mutual funds or alternative investments
