Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless delivery of fund services, including trade processing, cash management, and reporting
  • Oversee daily operations for client portfolios, driving efficiency and minimizing operational risks in alignment with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and compliance teams, to enhance client satisfaction and service quality
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to support the growth of the Global Fund Services organization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, conducting regular audits and risk assessments
  • Manage client escalations and provide strategic insights to resolve complex operational issues
  • Foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, development, and performance management
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategies that align with JP Morgan Chase's global objectives in asset management
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to service delivery models

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund services operations or financial services client delivery
  • Proven track record in leading operations teams within a high-volume, regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of global fund administration, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting
  • Experience with financial systems such as Charles River, Aladdin, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and international financial regulations relevant to fund services
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or CAIA
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in asset servicing
  • Familiarity with alternative investments such as hedge funds or private equity
