Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations team responsible for executing fund conversions, ensuring seamless transitions for clients and stakeholders in JP Morgan Chase's Global Fund Services
  • Oversee end-to-end processes for data migration, reconciliation, and validation during fund onboarding and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and client services, to mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in fund servicing
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund services operations, conversions, or similar financial operations roles

  • Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and regulatory requirements in global fund services
