Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations team responsible for executing fund conversions, ensuring seamless transitions for clients and stakeholders in JP Morgan Chase's Global Fund Services
• Oversee end-to-end processes for data migration, reconciliation, and validation during fund onboarding and conversions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and client services, to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in fund servicing
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture within the Fund Services organization
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients during conversions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for scalable fund servicing operations
• Support the development and testing of new systems or tools for fund operations at JP Morgan Chase
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding JP Morgan's global fund services capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund services operations, conversions, or similar financial operations roles
• Proven leadership experience in managing operations teams within the asset management or fund servicing industry
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, NAV calculations, and regulatory requirements in global fund services
• Experience with data migration, system conversions, and process optimization in financial services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
