Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for trade lifecycle events, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement
  • Monitor and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies in collaboration with front office and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management policies at JPMorgan Chase
  • Deliver superior client service by responding to inquiries, escalating issues, and maintaining accurate trade records
  • Perform daily reconciliations of trade data across multiple systems and counterparties
  • Support the implementation of new products, processes, or system enhancements in the middle office
  • Analyze trade data to identify operational risks and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with global teams in New York, London, and other hubs to ensure seamless trade execution
  • Contribute to audit preparations and regulatory reporting for trade support activities
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of trade support procedures and controls

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade support, middle office operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes in investment banking or asset management
  • Proficiency in financial markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, or FX
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or MiFID II
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA Level 1 or FRM
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms like Aladdin or Murex
  • Prior exposure to trade reconciliation and exception management in a global financial institution
  • Knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and cross-border trade operations
