Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and oversight of inter-affiliate transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

  • Develop and maintain oversight frameworks, including monitoring protocols and reporting mechanisms for inter-affiliate activities
